  1. User information

According to the policy, the user agrees that we may and can collect the user’s personal data and profile for the company own used only, and cannot be transferred or disclosed to third parties. We have the responsibility and obligation to protect user profile and personal information.

 

                2.  Service

We provide worldwide consolidation service, parcel warehousing, and transnational shipping services and etc

·         Package warehousing:  Users can shop in mainland China and send packages to our warehouse

·         Package information :  Our warehouse will sign for the user’s package and provide basic information about the package

·         International transportation :  We’ll submit the air waybill and shipped from the warehouse to the location designated by the user

·         Additional services:  We can take photos and to check user packages, even unpacking package, or reinforce package with bubbles, tape, or woods.

·         Payment system: Website has been fully complete even a fast and easy way of payment system which it can let our user settle their bill with ease.


        3.  Payment information

We support following payment methods:

·         Cash deposit or online transfer

After payment users can upload the on the payment page, and we will review the transactions, generally this will takes 1-2 working days for approval for proceeding,  exclude weekends and public holidays.           

·         FPX instant transfer

FPX instant transfer is a platform that allows users to use either debit or credit card to transfer funds to our bank. It is a secure transaction platform and is managed and supported by all local banks by PayNet. Once payment successful it will directly reflect on our system and we will proceed with the order at the same time update user’s balance in their account.

 

                4.  Prepaid Balance

When the user recharges or makes a payment, the recharged amount will be directly updated to the user's prepaid balance. All transactions will use the prepaid balance for payment and adjustments. We reserve the right to adjust the user balance when we find that the recharge information provided by the user is incorrect. The user is allowed to withdraw the prepaid balance and provide the local bank account number for us to transfer. We reserve the right to cancel the user's withdrawal application when we find that the user's transfer and transaction records are suspicious or unusual. If the user has problems such as arrears, if the corresponding payment cannot be paid within 1 month of the arrears, we will impose a 10% delay penalty of the corresponding payment. The fine is collected every month until the user completes the payment.

 


          5.  Warehousing

Store your packages in our warehouse hassle free and safety guaranteed as our warehouse has 24-hour security monitoring, fire prevention measures and pest control equipment to ensure that your package is safe.

·         Each package will enjoy free warehousing service for up to 30 days. After the deadline, a fine will be imposed or even destroyed. The fine charge will depends on the size of the package, the minimum charge is RM0.50 per day

·         After over the storage time frame, the package will be removed from the warehouse and is no longer can be claimed

·         Users are not allowed to store explosive, corrosive goods and animals

·         High-value goods are recommended to keep it in a short term period in the warehouse to avoid lost or damaged

 

                    6.  Termination of service

We reserve the right to terminate or cancel the user’s right to use our website when we discover any fraud, abuse or illegal behavior by users.

 

Shipping Policy

  •          We are not responsible for the lost or damaged goods during transportation and express delivery.
  •         Users should evaluate or choose a seller with a high reputation to secure the goods you purchased. We will not be responsible for the goods sent by the seller, such as wrong products, size and color incorrect, damaged goods and etc.
  •          Time frame for delivery of all shipping methods is for reference only , we seek for your understanding that delivery period will takes longer than usual during public holidays or sales carnival for e-commerce.
  •         If packages lost, missing or damaged after unpacked or unboxed for inspection during custom clearance, we can helps to assist query but will not compensate user’s losses.

 

Contraband Policy

  •         Dangerous, sexual products, arms and ammunition, animals, imitate guns or knife, cigarette, currency, alcohol, liquid stuff (painting oil), white powder, plants, living things, perishable stuff.
  •          For goods like cell phone (is a high risk missing product, we need user to provide an import license for shipping and user shall bear the responsibility for loss.
  •            All the goods we will separate into sensitive and ordinary goods when we deliver the goods, according information provided by user, if user did not declare sensitive goods and we treat it as ordinary goods, once been inspect or seized by custom, users will have to bear all the responsibility.
  •           There will be a fine of RM 150 if the goods that with batteries are been found and using ordinary transportation channels. For those goods, we shall wait for customs to verify whether the goods can be returned.
  •           For those dangerous and contraband goods, we reserved the right to confiscate those goods or reject to sign the package and store in our warehouse, please pay attention to this.
  •          This list does not exhaust all prohibited items, and some items are not listed. In addition to the items listed in the above list, some countries may have their own additional regulations. If items are seized by the customs due to national regulations, our company will not bear any responsibility

 

Special Statement

Our company only provide warehousing and shipping service therefore we will not bear all legal liabilities arising from the illegality of the goods and false declarations of the goods
